This article takes a brief historical, conceptual and legal approach to sexual violence against women, determining the impact and consequences for the women who suffer it and community and social damage. In the last few years, thanks to the pressure from the feminist movement, the Spanish Government is going to set up 24-hour Crisis Centres, under the new Sexual Freedom Law and under the international human rights framework. Since the 1970s, the anti-rape movement, the different international human rights instruments and the voices of the victims have been proposing new models of comprehensive intervention to guarantee the right to reparation. This is why the article, through the application of a feminist methodology, proposes as a result a holistic critical response model for the care without harm, accompaniment and reparation of sexual violence against women that contemplates new approaches; specific services; processes of crisis intervention, recovery and reparation of harm; and spaces for the care of women and their loved ones. All with the aim that women can express themselves and feel security, institutional respect and Good diligence in their processes, times and decisión making.
