With regard to companies, logistics management is seen as crucial for customer satisfaction and cost reduction. Companies can make more profits by cutting costs. However, it is clear that they have to deal with ever-larger competitors and competitive conditions, which are becoming increasingly difficult with the technical possibilities. In this context, companies should attach the greatest possible importance to logistics management. Emphasizes the importance of logistics in the context of research. Demographic variables have been addressed in measuring the customer satisfaction of logistics for businesses. The research has shown that customer satisfaction differ by gender, age, education level, monthly income, the reason for choosing the business and number of business and employment. On the other hand, no differences have been found concerning customer satisfaction on marital status and type of shipment. Various suggestions have been presented by interpreting the findings obtained in the research conclusion section.
