ELAZIĞ KOŞULLARINDA AÇIK VE KAPALI BARINAKLAR İLE YEM ENERJİ DÜZEYİNİN HOLŞTAYN ERKEK DANALARDA BESİ PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ*

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada, 10 aylık yaşta Holştayn erkek danalarının besi performansı, kesim ve karkas özellikleri üzerine, hem açık ve kapalı ahırların, hem de normal ve yüksek enerjili yem ile beslemenin etkileri incelenmiştir. Deneme grupları; 1.Sundurmalı açık ahır-normal enerjili yemle besleme, 2.Sundurmalı açık ahır-yüksek enerjili yemle besleme, 3. Kapalı ahır-normal enerjili yemle besleme, 4.Kapalı ahır-yüksek enerjili yemle besleme olmak üzere her grupta 7'şer baş hayvandan oluşmuştur. 224 gün süren beside kaba yem olarak kuru ot ve kuru yonca,konsantre yem olarak da 547 NB enerjili normal ve 669 NB enerjili yüksek enerji düzeyli yem verilmiştir. Yemlerin protein düzeyi 109 ile 87.6 SHP arasında olmuştur. Deneme gruplarında sırasıyla besi başı canlı ağırlık ortalamaları, 204.7, 204.9, 204.7 ve 204.4 kg; besi sonu canlı ağırlık ortalamaları 444.7, 461.0, 429.9 ve 428.4 kg ; beside günlük ortalama ağırlık artışları 1.071, 1.050, 0.988 ve 1.000 kg ve 1 kg ağırlık artışı için yem tüketimi ise 10.29, 9.25, 10.96 ve 10.79 kg olarak saptanmıştır. Besi sonunda her gruptan 450 kg civarında ikişer baş dana kesimi yapılarak kesim ve karkas özellikleri incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak gerek besi performansı üzerine ve gerekse de kesim ve karkas özellikleri üzerine farklı barınak sistemlerinin ve rasyonun enerji düzeyinin etkisinin benzer olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study, on the nutritional performance, cutting and curcumin characteristics of Holstein male dwarfs at the age of 10 months, the effects of both open and closed grains, as well as eating with normal and high-energy foods were studied. Test groups; 1.Supply with open-powered-normal energy feed, 2.Supply with open-powered-high-energy feed, 3. Closed grain-normal energy feed is made up of seven head animals in each group, including closed grain-high-energy feed. During 224 days, crude feed was given as dry grass and dry yeast, and 547 NB energy normal and 669 NB energy high-energy feed as concentrated feed. The protein levels of foods were between 109 and 87.6 SHP. The average living weight per person in the trial groups, respectively, is 204.7, 204.9, 204. 7 and 204.4 kg; food end living weight average is 444.7, 461.0, 429.9 and 428.4 kg; food daily average weight increase is 1.071, 1.050, 0.988 and 1,000 kg and 1 kg weight increase food consumption is 10.29, 9.25, 10.96 and 10.79 kg. At the end of the bowl, about 450 kg of each group were cut by two heads and the characteristics of the cutting and curcumin were studied. As a result, the effect of the different shelter systems and the energy level of the ratio on the nutritional performance and, if necessary, on the cutting and carcass characteristics has been identified as similar.
