Abstract:

Early mathematics education is one of the important topics that has kept its up-to-date in recent years. Teachers influence the child’s success and attitude towards mathematics in early mathematics education. The research was carried out with the aim of determining the levels of mathematical literature of the classroom teaching and pre-school teachers candidates who continue to study in the province of Uşak. Teacher candidates, mathematical literacy rates are important in terms of early mathematical education. This study is an imaginary study in which the scan model is used. The study included 87 teachers. The research data was analyzed using the SPSS 20 package program. According to the findings of the study, a statistically significant difference has not been identified according to the mathematical literature degrees of the pre-school and class teacher candidates, the type of high school graduated and gender (p<0.05).
