Abstract:

The objective of this research is to study the decision-making strategies of the school managers who are in the center of the Erzurum province in terms of the types of tasks as managers, the school tours, gender, working hours, working hours as managers, civil conditions, age, level of education. The universe of this research consists of school managers who worked in the 2005-2006 academic year at the Erzurum province center. The research examples consist of a total of 110 individuals identified as unselective (random) from this universe. In the study, the data related to the decision-making strategies of individuals were collected with the Scale of Decision Strategies developed by Kuzgun (1992). According to the results of the study, the following findings have been obtained: individuals; the types of tasks they do as managers, the tasks they do, the school's tUrU, gender, age groups, working hours and work as managers according to the standards and levels of exit; there is no meaningful differences between the scores of the decision-making strategy; there is no meaningful differences between the scores of the decision-making strategy; there is no meaningful differences between the scores of the scores of the decision-making strategy; there is no meaningful differences between the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores of the scores
