Abstract:

This study was carried out in 2018 with the aim of determining the productivity and quality of the crops produced in the Bingöl oval villages. In the framework of the study, 39 dunca fields located in the Bingöl oval were visited. In the fields visited, the green grass and dry grass yields were calculated through the samples taken by triangular measurements of the plant length. The quality parameters of the dry and wrapped herbs samples have been analyzed with the NIRS device. It was found that the differences found between all the characteristics examined were statistically meaningful (P<0,01). In the study; plant length 59,3-109,3 cm, green herb productivity 1016-4683 kg of 1, dry herb productivity 230-1050 kg of 1, raw protein ratio of 16,2-23,5%, raw protein productivity of 44,3-193,2 kg of 1, ADF (acid detergent unsoluble fiber) ratio of 25,7-35,7, NDF (neoluble fiber in neutral detergent) ratio of 33,9-46,4, SKM (sindicable dry substance) ratio of 61,1-68,9, KMT (dry substance consumption) ratio of 2,59-3,57 and NYD (neoluble food value) ratio of 123-191 varied. The highest yield (green and dry grass yield) was obtained from the first field of the Strange Village, while the highest quality (low ADF, NDF with high SKM, KMT and NYD) was obtained from the second field of the Kumgeçit Village. Farmers in the region are advised to use certified seeds. But if the seeds of local genotypes are preferred for various reasons, it is clear that the preference of the seeds used in the Strange Villages and Kumgeçit Villages will be advantageous in terms of efficiency and quality.
