Abstract:

Health care is distinguised from other sectors with features of directly related to human life, the process of high risk, be consumed as soon as produced, with features such as to accept error. The entire process of health care should be planned, organized very well and presented after risks disposal. In the first part of this study, described the role and importance of quality in health care, quality indicators in health care, quality certification systems and the importance given to the health quality of the health ministry. In the second part of the study, in Hospital of Medeniyet University Goztepe Education and Research described achievements of quality management unit and conducted among hospital worker, “employee fulfillment survey", importance of quality were determined for hospital workers.
