GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Ana ve çocuk sağlığının korunması ve geliştirilmesinde temel koruyucu sağlık hizmeti olan prenatal bakım (DÖB- doğum öncesi bakım), anne ve fetüsün tüm gebelik boyunca düzenli aralıklarla, gerekli muayene ve önerilerde bulunularak, eğitimli sağlık personeli tarafından izlenmesidir. Bu araştırma, gebe kadınların düzenli prenatal bakım alma düzeyinin ve prenatal bakımın yeterliliğini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. GEREÇ ve YÖNTEM: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olan araştırmanın örneklemini bir üniversite hastanesinin ve devlet hastanesinin doğum ve kadın hastalıkları polikliniğine muayene olmak üzere başvuran 28. gebelik haftasını doldurmuş ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 375 gebe kadın alınmıştır. Araştırma 15 Şubat 2020- 15 Mart 2020 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından Doğum Öncesi Bakım Yönetim Rehberi ve 2018 Türkiye Nüfus ve Sağlık Araştırması esas alınarak hazırlanmış anket formu ile toplanmıştır. BULGULAR: Araştırma kapsamındaki gebe kadınların yaş ortalaması 30.25±5.89, gebelik haftası ortalaması %58.4’ünün şimdiki gebeliğinin planlı, %59.5’inin şimdiki gebeliğini belirlenmiştir. Kadınların prenatal bakım alma oranı %74.7 ve bakım alma ortalaması 8.75±3.19’dur. Bu bakımın %75.5’inin kadın-doğum doktoru, %29.3’ünün ebe ve %14.7’sinin hemşireler tarafından verildiği belirlenmiştir. Gebe kadınların prenatal bakım hizmetleri sırasında %96’sının ultrasonografisi, %90.4’ünün kan basıncı, tetanos aşısı, demir desteği, %63.5’inin kilo takibi, %90.7’sinin kan tetkiki yapılmıştır. Tüm değişkenler kontrol edildiğinde, gebenin eğitimi, eşinin eğitimi, gelir durumu, gebeliğin istenme durumu, gebelik aralığı ve prenatal bakım alınan yer prenatal bakım almada belirleyici faktör olarak saptanmıştır. SONUÇ: Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda prenatal bakım veren sağlık personeline, doğum öncesi bakım yönetim rehberinde belirtilen ilkeler doğrultusunda bilgilendirme eğitimlerinin verilmesi ve takip edilmesi önerilmektedir.
PRINCIPE AND OBJECTIVE: The primary protective health care in the preservation and development of mother and child health is the preservation of mother and fetus throughout the pregnancy, with regular intervals, the necessary examinations and recommendations, by educated health staff. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the factors affecting pregnant women’s regular prenatal care levels and the adequacy of prenatal care. 375 pregnant women who have completed the 28th week of pregnancy and accepted to participate in the study, including a university hospital and the public hospital's poliklinics of birth and female diseases, and took the sample of the study in the identificative and cutting-edge type. The study was conducted between 15 February 2020 and 15 March 2020. The data was collected by researchers based on the Pregnancy Care Management Guide and the 2018 Turkish Population and Health Research. The average age of pregnant women under the study is 30.25±5.89, the average week of pregnancy is 58.4 percent of the current pregnancy planned, and 59.5 percent of the current pregnancy is determined. The rate of prenatal care in women is 74.7%, and the average care is 8.75±3.19. It is estimated that 75.5% of this care was given by female-born doctors, 29.3% by parents and 14.7% by nurses. During pregnant women's prenatal care services; 96% ultrasound, 90.4% blood pressure, tetanus vaccine, iron support, 63.5% weight tracking, 90%. The blood test was performed 7. RESULTATION: In accordance with these results, it is recommended that the healthcare staff providing prenatal care, in accordance with the principles indicated in the Pre-born Care Management Guide, be informed and followed.
