Şangay İşbirliği Örgütüne üye ülke, gözlemci ülke ve ülkemizin de aralarında bulunduğu diyalog ortağı ülke sayıştaylarından temsilcilerin katılımı ile 15-16 Kasım 2016 tarihlerinde Rusya Sayıştayı ev sahipliğinde, Afganistan, Azerbaycan, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, Hindistan, Kazakistan, Kırgızistan, Pakistan ve Türkiye Sayıştaylarının katıldığı “Kamu Alımları Denetiminde Uygulama ve Metodoloji: Denetim Yöntemleri, Risklerin Tespitleri ve İhlaller” konulu bir seminer gerçekleştirilmiştir. Söz konusu seminerde kamu alımları denetimleri ile ilgili ülke uygulamalarına ilişkin deneyimlerin paylaşılması amaçlanmıştır.
With the participation of representatives from the councils of the member countries, the observatory country and our country, including the dialogue partner countries, the councils of Russia hosted on 15-16 November 2016 with the participation of the councils of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, the People's Republic of China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan and Turkey, a seminar on "Application and Methodology in Public Procurement Audit: Audit Methods, Risk Detections and Violations" was held. The aim of this seminar is to share the experience of the country’s practices related to public procurement controls.
