In this article, the issue of interest in history is an example of the book titled Applications. Although the book, which is composed of the combination of 16 articles with the contribution of 19 different scientists and theologists, is criticized by all religions and ethical systems, it is questioned how the interest and how from the Sumer to the modern age has been so integrated with economic life in almost all civilizations. Three articles in the book are dedicated to the interest understanding of Judaism and Islam, two articles to the interest understanding of Christianity and Ancient Civilizations, one article is dedicated to the Hinduism, Buddhism and the interest-based debt relations in Ancient Greece and Rome. While an article examines the interest perspective of modern capitalism, it also includes an article in the entry and outcome perspective.
