Aralık 2019’da Çin’in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkan ve kısa sürede tüm dünyayı saran COVID-19 Coronavirus salgını, hemen her kurum ve kuruluşu etkilemiş ve iş görme yöntemleri konusunda yeniden düşünmeye zorlamıştır. Bu çerçevede mevcut düzenlemelerin, üretim tarzının, hizmet sunum yöntemlerinin, yönetim mekanizmalarının, işgücü planlanmasının, bilişim teknolojisinin kullanım alanları ve stratejilerinin, kısacası tüm organizasyon ve süreçlerin gözden geçirilmesi zorunlu olmuştur.
The COVID-19 Coronavirus epidemic, which occurred in December 2019 in China’s city of Wuhan and soon spread around the world, has immediately affected every institution and organization and has forced them to re-think on business-looking methods. In this context, it has been necessary to review the existing regulations, the production style, the methods of service delivery, the management mechanisms, the workforce planning, the fields of use and strategies of information technology, in short, all organizations and processes.
