Çeşitli Lazer Güçleri İndirekt Kompozit Rezinin Kompozit Rezin ile Tamir Bağlantı Gücünü Etkiler mi?

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı literatürde de araştırılmamış, farklı güçlerde uygulanan Er; Cr: YSGG lazerin indirekt kompozit ile kompozit rezin KR arasındaki Tamir Bağlanma Dayınımına RBS etkisini karşılaştırmaktır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: 70 adet silindirik indirekt kompozit rezin örnek hazırlandı ve rastgele 7 gruba ayrıldı n= 10 . Yüzey işlemi uygulanmamış grup kontrol grubu , Er; Cr: YSGG lazer uygulanmış gruplar 1 ile 6 W . Yüzey işlemini takiben yüzeylerine silan uygulandı. Direk kompozit silindirik plastik kalıp kullanılarak indirekt kompozit yüzeyine uygulandı ve polimerize edildi. Tamir bağlantı gücü 1 mm/dak kafa hızında geleneksel test cihazında ölçüldü ve her gruptan bir örnek taramalı elektron mikroskobunda SEM incelendi. Veriler tek yönlü ANOVA ve Tukey post-hoc testleri ile p=0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde analiz edildi.Bulgular: Bütün yüzey işlemleri uygulanan gruplarda tamir bağlantı değerleri yüzey işlemi uygulanmayan kontrol gruba göre artış göstermesine rağmen, gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar olmadığı bulundu p>0,05 . Kırılma yüzeyleri daha çok adeziv kırılma tipi olduğu görüldü.Sonuç: Lazer uygulamasının indirekt kompozit rezinin yüzeylerini pürüzlendirmek için etkili bir yöntem olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte indirek kompozit ile direkt kompozit arasındaki yüksek tamir bağlantı gücü tek başına yüzey pürüzlülüğüyle ilişkilendirilemez

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of the RBS on the Repair Connection Depression between the indirect composite and the composite resin of the YSGG laser, which is also not studied in literature, applied in different powers; Cr: The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of the RBS on the Repair Connection Depression between the indirect composite and the composite resin of the YSGG laser.The purpose and methods: 70 cylindrical indirect composite resin samples were prepared and randomly divided into 7 groups n= 10 . Surface process not applied group control group , Er; Cr: YSGG laser applied groups 1 to 6 W. Surface process was applied to the surfaces to delete. The direct composite was applied indirectly to the composite surface using cylindrical plastic pattern and polymerized. The repair connection power was measured at a head speed of 1 mm/min in the traditional test device and SEM was examined in a sample-scanned electron microscope of each group. The data was analyzed at the level of significance p=0,05 with one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests.Discussions: Although the repair connection values in the groups implemented by all surface processes increased by the control group not implemented by the surface process, there were no statistically significant differences between the groups found p>0,05 . The broken surfaces were found to be more adhesive type of broken.Result: Laser application has been shown to be an effective method to smooth the surfaces of indirect composite refined. However, the high repair connection force between indirect composite and direct composite cannot be associated with the surface smoothness alone.

Abstract:

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to compare the effect of Er;Cr:YSGG laser irradiation at different powers on repair bond strength RBS between indirect composite resin and composite resin CR , which has not been done before in literature. Material and Methods: Seventy cylindrical samples of an indirect composite resin were prepared and randomly divided into seven groups n=10 : untreated surface control group and irradiations with Er,Cr:YSGG lasers 1 to 6 W , followed by application of a silane. CR was then placed on the composite blocks using a cylindrical plastic mold and cured. The RBS tests were carried out using a universal testing machine at a cross-head speed of 1 mm/min, and one sample of each group was also observed under a scanning electronic microscope SEM . Data was analyzed with one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests at a significance level of p = 0.05. Results: All surface treatments resulted in increased RBS compared to the untreated surface, but there were no statistical differences among the groups p>0.05 . Fractured surfaces showed mostly adhesive failures. Conclusions: Laser irradiation is an effective method for roughening surfaces of indirect composite resin. However, the high RBS observed in the indirect composite/CR interface cannot be explained by roughness alone
