The purpose of this research is to study the psychometric characteristics of the two different scales applied in paper - pen and internet environments (the scale of self-sufficiency in relation to the research method - the scale of anxiety and the scale of anxiety in relation to the research - the scale of anxiety). For this purpose, the five-degree Likert type scale form of AYBİÖYÖ and AYKÖ's 10 cm metric form was applied to 391 bachelor students in the internet environment through a page prepared in the paper - pen medium, and then in the research framework. The two-factor structure of the MBA, which has been developed for use in graduate students and consisting of two factors, appears exactly the difference in the way one substance is included in the other factor at the bachelor level; the known MBA, which is made up of one factor, preserves this structure and the reliability of the scales calculated through different data sets is high. For both scales, the described variance rates and reliability rates obtained by the Likert type scale applied in the paper-pint environment have been determined to be lower than the metric scale and the applications applied in the internet environment. It has been shown that the two-end labeled metric scale can be used instead of the Likert type scale and that the ideal number of categories in the Likert type scale is seven.
