The aim of the research is to develop Pre-school Teachers' Science Education Self-Efficacy Beliefs Scale. The study group consists of 382 preschool teachers. This study is a scale development study in accordance with the screening model. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) are performed in order to establish of the scale's construct validity. As a result of the EFA, the factor structure was sufficiently consistent with the CFA results. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient for the entire scale is 0.91. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the first factor (Belief in Science Education Process) is 0.92, second factor’s (Expectation of Result in Science Education) of the scale is 0.78 and third factor’s (Personal Self-Efficacy Belief in Science Education) of the scale is 0.79. The results of the research showed that the scale can be regarded as a valid and reliable instrument that to measure self efficacy beliefs of preschool teachers.
