Okul yöneticilerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerine etki eden faktörlere ilişkin görüşlerinin incelendiği bu çalışma kapsamında literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Çalışmalar sıklıkla tükenmişlik ile bireysel değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemekte. Ayrıca bu konuyla ilgili güncel bir çalışmaya da rastlanmamıştır.
Çalışma alan yazına katkı sağlayacaktır. Okul yöneticilerinin tükenmişliklerini etkileyen öğrenci nedenlerinin en belirgin nedeni öğrenci ilgisizliğidir. Bunu disiplin sorunları ve kötü okul performansı izledi. Bu durum, ilgisiz ve sorumsuz özellikleriyle bilinen Z kuşağı olarak da adlandırılan bu kuşağın klasik sorununun bir belirtisi olarak görülebilir. İlgi ve disiplin olmadan bilimsel başarıdan söz edemeyiz. Orta düzey akademik performansla mücadele etmek tamamen normaldir. Okul yöneticilerinde tükenmişliğin derecesi üzerine yapılan araştırmalar, bu konuyu araştıran lisansüstü tezlerin çoğunun öncelikle yüksek lisans düzeyinde yapıldığını ve büyük örneklem büyüklüğü ve veri toplama ile niceliksel araştırmalardan büyük ölçüde etkilendiğini ortaya koymuştur. Araştırmada anket tarzı ölçekler ve benzeri yöntemlerle toplanan veriler nicel bir tasarıma uygun olarak uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizler en etkili analizler olarak algılanmaktadır.
A literature review was conducted within the scope of this study, which examined school administrators' views on the factors affecting burnout levels.
Studies often examine the relationship between burnout and individual variables. Additionally, no current study has been found on this subject.
The study will contribute to the literature. The most obvious reason for the student reasons affecting the burnout of school administrators is student indifference. Disciplinary problems and poor school performance followed. This situation can be seen as a symptom of the classic problem of this generation, also called the Z generation, which is known for its irrelevant and irresponsible characteristics. We cannot talk about scientific success without interest and discipline. Struggling with moderate academic performance is perfectly normal.
Research on the degree of burnout in school administrators has revealed that most postgraduate theses investigating this topic are conducted primarily at the master's level and are heavily influenced by quantitative research with large sample sizes and data collection. In the research, data collected using survey-style scales and similar methods were applied in accordance with a quantitative design. Statistical analyzes are perceived as the most effective analyses.
