Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ceviz kabuğu ve fındık kabuğu gibi düşük maliyetli adsorbanları kullanarak, farklıdeneysel şartlar altında sulu çözeltilerden bazı tekstil boyalarının (Dispers Mavi 106 ve 124) giderilmesidir. Buamaç doğrultusunda bir seri kesikli adsorpsiyon deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneylerin her bir seti için temassüresi ve sıcaklık, 30 dakika ve 20 oC olarak sabitlenmiştir. Adsorban miktarı, partikül boyutu, çözelti pH’ ı vebaşlangıçtaki boyarmadde konsantrasyonunun adsorpsiyon prosesi üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. En yüksekadsorpsiyon kapasitelerine ceviz kabuğunun kullanıldığı çalışmalarda ulaşılmıştır. Adsorbanın partikülboyutunun küçültülmesiyle ve çözeltideki boya konsantrasyonunun artmasıyla, her iki boyanın her iki adsorbanüzerine adsorpsiyonu artış göstermiştir. Kullanılan adsorbanların miktarı ve çözelti pH’ı arttırıldığındaadsorpsiyon kapasitelerinde düşüşler gözlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to remove some textile paintings (Dispers Blue 106 and 124) from water-solutions under different experience conditions, using low-cost adsorbents such as coconut and nuts. A series of cutting adsorption experiments have been conducted in the direction of the buzz. The contact time and temperature for each set of experiments are fixed to 30 minutes and 20 oC. The amount of adsorbent, the size of particles, the pH of the solution and the effects of the concentration on the adsorption process have been studied. The highest adsorption capacity has been achieved in the studies used by coconut leather. With the reduction of the particle size of the adsorbent and the increase in the paint concentration in the solution, the adsorption to both adsorbents of both paint has increased. When the amount of the adsorbents used and the solution pH increased, reductions in the adsorption capacity were observed.
