So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are the common nonepithelial tumors in the gastrointestinal system. They are originated from gastrointestinal pacemaker cells (Cajal’s interstitial cells). Publications disclosing gastrointestinal stromal tumor’s concurrent co-occurrence with the other cancers exist in the literature. Etiology of synchronically found gastrointestinal and epithelial tumors is not known, yet there are related theories needed to be searched more. We cannot externalize a coincidental relation just because of the limited number of facts and in order to clarify this coincidence, we need further studies. A female patient who consulted to our clinic with the diagnosis of breast cancer and had an operation as a result of an intraabdominal mass fixation was presented in our study. Gastrointestinal stromal tumor’s rarely seen concurrent co-occurrence with the breast cancer was discussed clinically.
