So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Miksomalar kalbinsık görülen primer tümörleridir. Primer kardiyak miksomalar sıklıkla sol atriyumda yerleşirler. Genellikle miksomalar histopatolojik olarak benign kabul edilmelerine rağmen özellikle mitral kapak obstrüksiyonlarına ve serebrovasküler embolilere neden olabilirler. Miksomalar nadiren asemptomatiktir, özellikle de çok büyük boyutlarda iken semptomatik olurlar. 42 yaşında bayan hasta kliniğimize hafif nefes darlığı yakınması ile başvurdu. Ekokardiyografi ile sol atriyumda dev miksoma saptandı. Kitle cerrahi olarak çıkarıldı ve patolojik tanı miksoma ile uyumlu idi. Hasta dev sol atriyal miksomaya rağmen asemptomatik olması nedeni ile takdimi uygun bulundu

Abstract:

Miksomas are primary tumors that are heartless. Primary cardiac mixomes are often placed in the left atrium. Often, although mixomas are considered histopathologically benign, they may cause mythral cover obstruction and cerebrovascular embolism. Miksomas are rarely asymptomatic, especially when they are very large. A 42-year-old woman went to our clinic with a slight breathing disorder. A huge mixoma was detected in the left atrium with ecocardiography. The mass was removed by surgery and the pathological diagnosis was compatible with the mixoma. The patient, despite the giant left atrial mixoma, was found to be asymptomatic because of the prescription appropriate
