Ülkemizde Milli Eğitime bağlı İlköğretim okullarında yönetimsel süreçler ile ilgili uygulamalı akademik araştırmaların artması ve bu sorunların çözüm önerilerinin tespiti; daha nitelikli okullar, daha mutlu bir toplum yaratmak paralelinde; ekonomik, sosyal ve teknik ilerlemeyi de sağlayacaktır. Bu araştırmada İlköğretim Okullarında yönetim ve organizasyon sorunları ve çözüm önerileri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, 2010-2011 eğitim-öğretim yılında, olasılığa dayalı basit örneklem metodu ile beşli Likert ölçek türü şeklinde geliştirilmiş 105 sorudan oluşan anket ve SPSS-13 paket programı kullanılarak, İstanbul İli Bakırköy İlçesi’ndeki 40 resmi ve özel ilköğretim okulunda görevli bulunan 317 yönetici ve öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Resmi ve Özel İlköğretim Okullarının, Yönetim Süreçleri Sorunları, Okul Yönetimi ve Okul Yönetimine Katılım ile ilgili sorunları araştırmak ve tespit edilen sorunlara çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Bu çalışmanın en önemli sonucu; İlköğretim okullarında çalışan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin, okullarında yönetim ve organizasyon sorunları olduğu görüşünde olmasıdır. Ayrıca yönetimsel süreçler ile ilgili öğretmen yetiştiren eğitim fakültelerinin irdelenmesi ve personelin yönetimsel süreçler konusunda eğitim almasının gerekliliğini vurgulayan sonuçlar da ortaya koymuştur.
In our country, the increase in practical academic research related to the management processes and the identification of solutions to these problems; more qualified schools, in parallel to creating a happier society; will also provide economic, social and technical progress. This study examined management and organizational problems and solutions recommendations in primary schools. This study, in the 2010-2011 educational year, was applied to 317 managers and teachers who are responsible for the 40 official and private primary school in the Istanbul Ili Bakırköy District, using the 105 questions and SPSS-13 package program, developed in the form of the five Likert scale type with the simple sample method based on the possibility. The aim of this study is to investigate the problems related to the official and private primary schools, management processes, school management and school management participation and bring solutions to the problems identified. The most important result of this study is that managers and teachers working in primary schools are aware of management and organizational problems in their schools. The results also highlighted the need for teachers training faculties related to management processes and staff training in management processes.
