This study was carried out with the aim of identifying the areas where the defense cells in the normal structure of the cow's breast tissue are located, determining differences in cell intensity between the areas and identifying the effects of the antigenic stimulation in the breast on the intensity of these cells. As a material, 10 normal, 10 subclinical mastitis, in total, 20 milk and tissue samples taken from the rectal breast lob were used. As a result of the cell counting, the defense cell intensities in the normal cattle breast were found to increase from paranemic, Furstenberg rosetine increased as it goes to distaline and reached the highest level near the area where the multi-layer flat epithelial transformed into two-layer prismate (Squamocolumnar junction). Plasma cells were the cell type that had the highest intensity in this area. It was found that the antigen stimulation in the breast caused significant increases in the intensity of all types of defence cells. The most significant increases were observed in the defense cells of Furstenberg rosetine in the epithelial and joint tissues. He noted that compared to other cells, increases in plasma cells were more noticeable.
