Abstract:

Bu çalışma kapsamında Bayburt ili, Aydıntepe ilçesi, Sorkunlu köyü sınırları içerisinde kalan ve kırsal mimari mirasın korunması bağlamında Bayburt kırsal geleneksel evi araştırmalarına konu olmuş Bayburt Evi detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme kapsamında seçilen Bayburt evinin hem 2007 Deprem Yönetmeliği hemde 2013 Riskli Yapıların Tespit Edilmesine İlişkin Esaslara göre StatiCAD-Yığma yazılımı ile performans analizi yapılmıştır. Performans hesaplarında yapıya ait bilgiler, kullanılan malzemeler, modelleme işlemleri ve yöntemleri detaylı bir şekilde sunulmuş, elde edilen sonuçlar verilmiştir.
