Abstract:

In recent years, the number of academic studies in the field of theology has increased where the relationship of scientific disciplines with each other is reflected. In the period of formation of Islamic sciences, considering the close ties between the word, the procedure and the language sciences, the work of today can also be read as a positive step in the name of the correct understanding of the case. The issues that meet the Kelam and the procedure are more than thought, and it is important to determine the contribution to both scientific disciplines and the change they create from the source of these issues. The work that will be studied in this article also has this kind of perspective. As a doctoral study completed in 2018, the thesis “Ibâha-i Asliye Principe” in the Hanbelî Fıkıh Tradition, in the bookmaking phase, went to the name change and better reflected the mutua (s. 11) has published the Sher’s definition of the rule and the original Ibâha Principe (in the Hanbelî Fıkıh Special).
