So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Research of the membrane lipid interaction of Armodafinil with the DPPC model membrane system

Abstract:

Introduction and Purpose: Armodafinil (ARM), the R-enantiomyoma of the modafinyl racemic compound, is an stimulating and awakening agent for the central nervous system (MSS) used in sleep disorders with an unknown cellular effect mechanism. Although it has been shown that ARM is not connected to enzymes and receptors that affect the sleep/wake system and is very well distributed in the body, there is no study to assess its effectiveness in the MSS as we know. Considering that a drug's lipid resolution directly affects its MSS availability, researching how ARM penetrates the lipids and what type of interactions it enters with them can provide a beneficial contribution to this issue. In this context, this study examined the concentration-related interactions of dipalmitoilphosphathidylcolin (DPPC) with the simplified model membrane system called the multilamellar vesicular (MLVs). Methods and Requirements: The main transition temperature (Tm), entalpic (ΔH), cooperative unit (CU) and CH2 of ARM's DPPC MLV's effects on the symmetric, C = O symmetric and PO2- asymmetric frequency values were studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and fourier conversion infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy depending on concentration (1-10-20 mol). Results: According to all the obtained data, with the addition of ARM to pure DPPC MLVs, the lipid dynamics (complexity), the glycerol spine and the lipid head groups have been found to increase in the liquid and crystal phase in the hydrogen connectivity capabilities against the reduction in the lipid order (open chain flexibility). In addition, it was also found to scroll to lower values in the parameters of Tm, ΔH and CU. ALL findings have shown that ARM has high affinity to connect phosphatidylcolin lipids to the acil chains and hydrophilic parts. This situation was also supported by the differences caused by the ARM in the thermotrophic parameters of lipids. The tendency of ARM to interact highly with lipids may also mean that it can also cause its membrane lipids to break the packaging. All the results obtained by providing information about the type of interaction ARM with the biological membranes, while contributing to the development of new medications against sleep disorders and related diseases.
