PLİOMETRIK ÇALIŞMALARIN 14-16 YAŞ GRUBU BAYAN BASKETBOLCULARIN BAZI FİZİKSEL VE FİZYOLOJİK PARAMETRELERİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı; 8 haftalık pliometrik antrenman programının 14-16 yaş grubu kız basketbolcuların bazı fi­ziksel ve fizyolojik parametrelerine etkilerini tesbit etmektir. Araştırmaya 12 deney, 12 kontrol grubu olmak üze­re 24 basketbolcu gönüllü ve sağlıklı olarak katılmışlardır. Deney grubu 8 hafta süreyle haftada 3 gün pliometrik egzersizler ve teknik antrenman, kontrol grubu ise hafta­da 3 gün sadece teknik antrenman yaptılar. Deneklerin fiziksel ve fizyolojik parametreleri bilimsel geçerliliğini kabul edilmiş laboratuvar ve alan testleri ile belirlendi. Sonuçların istatistiksel değerlendirmeleri t-testi ve varyans analizi ile tespit edildi. 8 haftalık antrenman programı sonucunda deney grubunun ön ve son testleri karşılaştırıldığında dikey ve yatay sıçrama, anaerobik güç, 30 m sürat, esneklik vücut yoğunluğu, yağsız vücut ağırlığı, vücut yağ yüzdesi değer­lerinde anlamlı düzeyde bir gelişme görülmüştür. (P<0,01). İKAS, 20 m mekik ve Cooper değerlerinde ise an­lamlı bir gelişme gözlenmemiştir. (P>0,05). Kontrol grubu sporcularının dikey sıçrama ve yatay sıçrama, ana­erobik güç, 30 m sürat, esneklik, vücut yoğunluğu, vücut yağ yüzdesi, yağsız vücut ağırlığı, İKAS, 20 m mekik ve Cooper değerlerinde (P>0,05) düzeyinde anlamsız bulunmuştur. Pliometrik antrenmanın çalışmada tespit ettiğimiz parametrelerden vücut kompozisyonu, sürat, sıçrama yete­neği ve anaerobik güç üzerine performans açısından olumlu etkilerin olduğu söylenebilir.

The Effects Of Plyometric Exercises On Physiological and Physical Parameters Of 14-16 Years Old Female Basketball Players

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to find out the effects of a eight weeks plyometric training program on physiological and physical parameters of female basketball players between the age of 14 and 16. 24 players 12 in the control and 12 in the experimental group, were utilized. The players had taken place in the experiment voluntarily and healthily. The experimental group has performed plyometric exercises and technical training three days a week for eight week. The physical and physiological parameters of the subjects were determined by standardized lab and fi­eld tests. The statistical evaluations of the results were detected by variant analysis and t-tests. At the end of the 8 weeks training, the pre and after test results of the experimental group were compared and a significant change was observed in the scores of vertical and horizontal jumps, anaerobic power, flexibility, 30 meters sprint, body composition, percent body fat and lean weight (P<0,01). On the other hand, no significant change was observed on the other scores (P> 0,05). In the vertical and horizontal jumps, anaerobic power, fle­xibility, 30 meters sprint, body composition, percent body fat, 20 m shuttle run test and cooper test of the cont­rol group no significant change was observed ( P>0,05). It can be said that plyometric training has positive effects of some of the parameters, over the performance such as body composition, sprint, vertical and horizontal jumps and anaerobic power that we have taken as a basis during the work-out.
