Kadın Yöneticilere İlişkin Kadın Öğretmenlerin Görüşleri: Kraliçe Arı Sendromu Kapsamında Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı kadın yöneticilere ilişkin kadın öğretmenlerin görüşlerini kraliçe arı sendromu kapsamında bir değerlendirmektir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma tercih edilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi ile araştırmaya dahil edilen 15 kadın öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma problemine uygun özellikleri taşıyan kişileri örnekleme dâhil edilerek “amaçlı örnekleme” tekniklerinden “ölçüt örnekleme tekniği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak 5 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan “yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları” kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bazı sonuçlara göre katılımcıların kadın yöneticiler hakkındaki düşünceleri şöyle özetlenmektedir: kadın yöneticiler problem çözebilir, kadın yönetici kaliteyi artırır, erkek yönetici daha anlayışlı, kadınlar problemli, kadın yöneticilere bakış olumlu, kadın yönetici verimliliği artırır ve kadın yönetici daha anlayışlı olarak ifade edilmiştir.

Women's Teachers' Opinions About Women's Managers: A Assessment In The Frame Of Queen's Bee Syndrome

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to evaluate the opinions of women teachers about women managers within the framework of Queen Bee Syndrome. In this study, research is preferred. The study group of this study consists of 15 female teachers involved in the research with the standard sampling method. Those who have proper characteristics to the research problem were included in sampling and used "sample sampling technique" from the "sample sampling" techniques. The study used "semi-configured conversation forms" consisting of 5 open end questions as a data collection tool. The analysis of the data obtained in this study has been used by the visual analysis and content analysis technique. Some findings from the study summarize the opinions of participants about women managers as follows: women managers are able to solve problems, women managers improve quality, men managers are more understandable, women are problematic, women managers are positive, women managers are more efficient, and women managers are more understandable.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the views of female teachers on female administrators within the scope of queen bee syndrome. Qualitative research was preferred in this study. The study group of this research consists of 15 female teachers who were included in the research by criterion sampling method. Criterion sampling technique, one of the "purposive sampling" techniques, was used by including people who have the appropriate characteristics for the research problem. In the study, "semi-structured interview forms" consisting of 5 open-ended questions were used as data collection tools. Descriptive analysis and content analysis techniques were used to analyze the data obtained in this study. According to some of the results obtained from the research, the opinions of the participants about women managers are summarized as follows: female managers can solve problems, female managers increase quality, male managers are more understanding, women are problematic, the view of female managers is positive, female managers increase productivity and female managers are more understanding.
