Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin kişilik özelliklerinin (5 Faktör Kişilik Modeli) belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2015-2016 Bahar dönemi Uşak Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucunda; dışa dönüklük faktörü ile yaş aralığı, cinsiyet, öğrenim türü ve sınıf değişkenleri; uyumluluk faktörü ile cinsiyet ve sınıf değişkenleri ve sorumluluk faktörü ile cinsiyet ve öğrenim türü değişkenleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Nevrotizm ve açıklık faktörleri ile ilgili tüm değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilememiştir.
