Vegetable lymphadenomas are quite rare, benign tumors, which are often mixed with other parotic gland tumors in preoperative assessment. In this case, the patient who was diagnosed with parotidectomy after diagnosed and treated with painless mass complaint, which was 2 years before the left ear of the 40-year-old woman, was presented to the patient who was diagnosed with sebaceous lymphadenoma. The clinical, imaging findings and histopathological characteristics of this patient were discussed in literature accompanying. Treatment of sebase lymphadenomas is surgical and partial parotidectomy is sufficient. For preoperative diagnosis, thin injection aspiration biopsy can be used in the distinguishing diagnosis of IAB , ultrasound USG and magnetic resonance imaging MRG techniques.
Sebaceous lymphadenomas are rare benign tumors that are frequently confused with other parotid gland tumors in preoperative evaluation. In this case, we present a 40-year-old female patient with a 2 year history of painless mass on her left ear diagnosed as sebaceous lymphadenoma after parotidectomy. Clinical, imaging findings and histopathological features of this patient were discussed in the light of the literature. Treatment of sebaceous lymphadenomas is surgical and partial parotidectomy is sufficient. For preoperative diagnosis, fine needle aspiration biopsy FNAB , ultrasonography USG and magnetic resonance imaging MRI techniques can be used in the differential diagnosis.
