Governing/administrating is a phenomenon that takes place at local, regional, national and international scales. The Anthropocene era represents a biopolitical era that caused structural and biophysical transformations in the world through political and administrative decisions. In this period, while the management and continuity of the process is achieved through the applied neoliberal policies and the concept of sustainable development, on the other hand, the ecological crisis and climate change are increasingly showing their effects. This situation causes studies related to global environmental policy and international relations to come to the forefront, the development of different biopolitics by states and the formation of remote management systems. Because today, it is possible to influence not only economic, but also ecological and social areas through biopolitical strategies. Within the scope of this study, the management policies implemented by the states in the Anthropocene era were examined through Foucault's biopolitical governmentality approach and the approach was evaluated within the context of global climate change carried out in the international arena under the leadership of the United Nations.
