Kazak Türkçesinde Ek, Kelime ve Kelime Gruplarında Görülen Eksiltim Üzerine

Öz “Dilde tutumluluk, dil ekonomisi, Zipf yasası” gibi adlarla da bilinen en az çaba ilkesine göre gereksiz yapılardan, tekrarlardan kaçınmak sözü dolaysız ve ekonomik, ama etkili biçimde söylemek gerekmektedir. Çünkü iletişimde en kısa yoldan hedefe ulaşmak esastır. En aza çaba ilkesi ses benzeşmesi, ses ve hece düşmesi gibi ses olaylarının pek çoğunda egemen olan dilsel birimleri sadeleştirme ve genelleştirme eğilimlerini anlatır ve insan dili dışında hayvan iletişim sistemlerinden bilgisayar programlama diline varana kadar geniş bir araştırma alanı vardır. Türkiye Türkçesinde “eksiltim, eksilti, eksiltili anlatım, eksiltme, düşüm, düşürme, kısaltma, elips, sıfır tekrar” gibi çeşitli terimlerle ifade edilen eksiltim ek, kelime, kelime grubu veya cümle içerisinde bazı ögelerin atılması esasında bir dilbilimi olayıdır. Genel itibariyle konuşma dilinde görülen bu olay dildeki en az çaba ilkesi esasına dayanmaktadır. Çalışmada, Kazak Türkçesinde özellikle günlük konuşma dilinde rastlanan ve edebi eserlerde de yansımaları görülen eksiltim hakkında bilgi verilmeye çalışıldı. Çalışmada Kazak Türkçesinde görülen eksiltimler, “eklerde görülen eksiltim”, “kelimelerde görülen eksiltim” ve “kelime gruplarında görülen eksiltim” şeklinde üç ölçüt esasında sınıflandırıldı. Cümlede görülen eksiltimler ise başka bir çalışmada ele alınacağından çalışmaya dâhil edilmedi.

The principle of least effort states the tendency to simplify and generalize linguistic units that dominate many phonetic events such as homonyms, elisions, and haplology, and it has a wide range of research from animal communication systems to computer programming languages as well as human languages. The ellipsis in Kazakh Turkish are classified on the basis of three criteria as "ellipsis in suffixes", "ellipsis in words" and "ellipsis in word groups". The ellipses in sentences were not included in the study as they will be discussed in another study.
