Abstract:

In this article, Osman Sarı's life, his works and his poem "Kurşun Gazeli" are analyzed and discussed from various perspectives. The themes of the poem, its language and stylistic features, the use of sound arts and its structure in ghazal form are emphasized. The poem is evaluated as an important example of traditional Turkish literature and Osman Sarı's mastery and emotional depth are emphasized. Osman Sarı's ghazal and Fuzuli's ghazal with the redif 'Beni' are evaluated in terms of similarities and common features are revealed under the headings of form and content. Osman Sarı's poem "Bullet Gazelle" is a work that has been composed and attracted great attention. The poem's deep emotional content and expressive language have encouraged several musicians to compose and perform it. The composed versions often have melancholic melodies and have been met with great interest by listeners. These compositions reflect the influence of Osman Sari's poetry in the world of music.
