Aim: The present study evaluated and sought to associate the levels of physical fitness and body composition with quality of life (QoL) infutsal athletes. Materials and Methods: Took a part of this observational, cross-sectional study, thirteen female futsal athletes from a private college located in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Participants were submitted to evaluations of physical fitness, on a non-consecutive day, through body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, agility, muscle strength and power measurements. The WHOQOL-bref and IPAQ questionnaires were applied to verify the levels of QoL and physical fitness, respectively. Person correlation was used to verify the level of association between the variables of physical fitness and body composition with QoL. Results: Regarding physical fitness parameters, QoL was associated with vertical jump (0.639; p=0.047) and agility (-0.724; p=0.012). Physical domain was associated with agility (-0.643; p=0.033). Regarding body composition parameters, QoL was associated with body mass (-0.674; p=0.016), body mass index (-0.602; p=0.039) and sum of four skinfold (-0.749; p=0.005). Moreover, physical domain was associated with body mass (-0.72; p=0.008), body mass index (-0.678; p=0.015) and sum of four skinfold (-0.736; p=0.006). Conclusion: Futsal athletes presented good physical fitness levels, which are associated with better levels of QoL and in the physical and psychological domains.
