The aim of the migrants is to obtain a living area and to sustain their lives at a level of prosperity. Therefore, the basis of migration consists of economic indicators and employment demands. With the emergence of flexible working styles, the need for migrant labor has increased. In this respect, the demand for human resources makes international labor migration acceptable. While migratory movements were initially seen in unskilled workers, they are now shifting towards qualified labor force. The reason is the rising shift from industry to service sector. On the other hand, the lack of working space for the educated and qualified labor force leads to the brain drain to the developed countries. One of the main causes of labor migration in the international dimension is the global economic inequalities. For this reason, some countries are considered as target countries and some countries are considered to be doomed to leave. Therefore in this study, international labor migration mobility, advantages and disadvantages of international labor migration to the development of countries and the social impacts of international labor migration will be investigated theoretically.
