Eğitim ve öğretim kavramlarının ilişkili olduğu kavramlar öğretmen, öğrenci ve lisans programları olarak gösterilebilir. Öğretmen yetiştirme ise Cumhuriyet tarihi ve öncesinde irdelenen ve eleştirilen bir olgu olmuştur. Özelinde ise Türkçe öğretmeni yetiştirmenin ayrı bir önemi vardır. Nitelikli Türkçe öğretmeni yetiştirmek için vizyonu sağlam bir lisans bir programına ihtiyaç vardır. Günümüze kadar Türkçe öğretmenliğini ilgilendiren birçok lisans programı yapılmıştır. Bu lisans programlarından ilk ciddi ve kapsamlı olanı ise 1998 programı olarak kabul edilebilir. Akabinde yapılandırmacılık felsefesiyle inşa edilen 2006 programı süreç geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Artıları ve eksileriyle 2018 Türkçe Öğretmenliği programıyla nitelikli öğretmenler yetiştirmek amaçlanmış ve hedeflenmiştir. Bu çalışmada 1998, 2006 ve 2018 Türkçe Öğretmenliği programları incelenmiş ve bu programlardaki uygulama sorunları hem nitelik hem de niceliksel olarak irdelenmeye çalışılmış ve sorunlara çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Betimleyici araştırma basamakları uygulanmış ve veriler doküman incelemesi yoluyla tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda ise dünyadaki öğretmen yetiştirme uygulamaları da gözetilerek alan eğitimi, meslek bilgisi ve genel kültür ders alanlarına uygun olarak seçmeli dersleriyle birlikte yeni bir lisans program önerisi önerilmiştir.
The concepts in which the concepts of education and teaching are associated can be shown as teachers, students and bachelor's programs. The teaching of the teacher has been a phenomenon of history and criticism before the Republic. In particular, training a Turkish teacher has a special importance. To train a qualified Turkish teacher, a vision of a solid bachelor’s program is required. There have been many curricula programs that have been involved in Turkish teaching until today. The first serious and comprehensive of these degree programs can be accepted as the 1998 program. The 2006 program, built with the structural philosophy of the end, was attempted to develop the process. With the advantages and disadvantages of the 2018 Turkish Teaching Programme, it is intended and aimed to train qualified teachers. In this study, the 1998, 2006 and 2018 Turkish teaching programs were studied and the application problems in these programs were tried to be qualitatively and quantitatively addressed and solutions to problems were presented. Imaginative research stages have been applied and the data has been detected through the document review. As a result of the study, a new bachelor’s program proposed, along with elective courses in accordance with the field education, professional knowledge and general culture courses, also monitored by teachers’ training practices in the world.
