Abstract:

Testis tumors can develop from different types of cells. The most common and aggressive type of testicular tumor are germ cell testicular tumors. Germ cell testicular tumors may be in the form of seminomatosis or non-seminomatosis tumors. Testisine non-seminomatosis germ cell tumors occur mainly in young men. These tumors can be in the form of pure (one histological type) and mixed form (more histological type). The most common mixed germ cell tumor combination is the teratomic, embryonic carcinoma, cornea tumor combination. In this case, a 44-year-old patient who complained of painless immobile mass in the left side of the neck, was presented to the examinations and examinations in the right testicle with a tumor with a mixed germ cell. In the distinctive diagnosis of the diseases that cause the crowd, the metastasis of the testicular tumor should be taken into account, the multisystemic approach should be made before the invasive attempt is made. This patient was tried to be diagnosed with a thin injection biopsy to the mass in his height, excision biopsy was applied when it did not succeed, and during this time a excessive growth in the mass and deterioration in the patient's clinic were observed. In our case, the diagnosis of the primary tumor is placed with metastasis in the neck area.
