So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Öğretmenlik mesleğinin tarihi, insanlığın başlangıcı kadar eskilere dayanır. Sosyal ve toplumsal bir varlık olan insan, çağlar boyunca edinmiş olduğu bilgi birikimini gelecek kuşaklara aktarma çabası içerisinde olmuştur. İnsanlık var oldukça öğretmenlik mesleğinin her çağda ve her toplumda var olacağı aşikârdır. Ancak yaşanan önemli gelişmeler, çağın gereksinimleri, yetiştirilmesi amaçlanan birey profili ve öğretilmesi gereken meslek kollarının değişiklik göstermesi nasıl ki eğitim-öğretim programları üzerinde farklılıklara yol açıyorsa öğretmenlerin sahip olması gereken özellikler de, içinde bulunulan çağa göre şekillenmektedir. İlgili alanyazın incelenerek derleme şeklinde hazırlanan bu çalışmada, öğretmenlik mesleğinin ortaya çıkışı, geçmişten günümüze doğru gelişimi ve günümüzün gerektirdiği yirmi birinci yüzyıl becerileri ele alınarak öğretmen eğitimi ve mevcut öğretmenler için uygulanabilecek bir takım öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract:

The history of the teaching profession is as old as the beginning of humanity. Man, who is a social, has been in an effort to transfer the knowledge he has acquired throughout the ages to future generations. As long as humanity exists, it is obvious that the teaching profession will exist in every age and in every society. However, just as important developments, the needs of the age, the individual profile to be trained and the changes in the professions that need to be taught lead to differences in education and training programs, the characteristics that teachers should have are shaped according to the current age. In this study, which is prepared as a compilation, the emergence of the teaching profession, its development from the past to the present and twenty-first century skills are discussed. At the end of the article, some suggestions for teacher education and teachers are presented.
