Ekim Zamanı ve Azot Uygulamalarının Mayıs Papatyasının (Matricaria chamomilla L. ) Verim ve Uçucu Yağ Üretimine Etkileri

ÖZET : Dünyada bitkisel üretimi kısıtlayan önemli faktörler su, yetişme periyodu ve gübrelemedir. Yetiştiriciliği yapılan bitki türünden yüksek verim alınabilmesi için erken ekim ve gübreleme kontrol edilebilen en önemli uygulamalardır. Tebriz Üniversitesi Araştırma Çiftliğinde yürütülen bu çalışmanın amacı Mayıs papatyası bitkisinin farklı ekim zamanı ve azot dozlarının kuru çiçek verimi, uçucu yağ oranı ve uçucu yağ verimine etkilerini belirlemektir. Şansa bağlı tam bloklar deneme deseninde faktöriyel düzenlemeye göre planlanan denemede üç ekim tarihi (30 Nisan, 10 ve 20 Mayıs) ve dört azot dozu (0, 50, 100 ve 150 kg/ha N) incelenmiştir. Ekim zamanı ve azot dozu kuru çiçek üretimi ile uçucu yağ oranını önemli (p<0.05) olarak etkilemiştir. Uçucu yağ verimi üzerine ise yalnızca azot dozları önemli olmuştur. Mayıs papatyası kuru çiçek ve uçucu yağ üretimi için 30 Nisanda 100 kg N/ha azot dozu ile ekilmelidir.   Anahtar Kelimeler: Mayıs papatyası, ekim zamanı, azotlu gübreleme   Effects of Sowing Date and Nitrogen Applications on Production of Essential Oil and Yield of Matricaria chamomilla L.   ABSTRACT : The important factors that are limiting plant production are available water, growing period and fertilization in the word. The most important applications are early sowing and fertilization to be controlled for high production from growth plant species. The objective of this study, which was conducted at the Research Farm of Tebriz University, is to assess the effect of different sowing dates and nitrogen doses on dry flower yield, essential oil ratio and essential oil yield of Matricaria chamomilla. Three sowing dates (30 April, 10 and 20 May) and four doses of nitrogen (0, 50, 100 and 150 kg N/ha) were examined in a factorial arrangement of completely randomized blocks. Sowing date and nitrogen doses significantly affected dry flower yield and essential oil ratio (p<0.05). Essential oil yield was significantly affected by nitrogen doses. Matricaria chamomilla is should be sown at the 30 April with 100 kg N/ha nitrogen for dry flower and essential oil yield.   Key Words: Matricaria chamomilla, sowing date, nitrogen fertilization
