Abstract:

Due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) became a pandemic and affected the whole world as an epidemic has brought the issue of working from home again for businesses, institutions and organizations. Due to the coronavirus affecting people's health are badly, the number of 2020/4 Presidential Circular has constituted to the legal framework in the context of the of working from home. Because of the high risk of transmission of the epidemic, public institutions have also taken precautions and measures.The main purpose of this research; is the comparison of the job performance values of call center operators working at the call center in a public institution in Ankara with the performance values at the workplace before the virus and their duties during working from home after Covid-19. The data of 26 operators related to the research were evaluated with objective criteria such as the duration of the study, the number of questionnaires performed, etc. As a result of the evaluations, it was determined that the operators working from home after Covid 19 were more successful in terms of job performance in terms of working hours and the quality of the work done.
