2019 sonunda ortaya çıkan Covi-19 pandemisi, hemen hemen bütün ülkelerin makroekonomik dengelerinde bozulmalara yol açmıştır. Bu salgının küresel ölçekte ülkelerin ekonomik yapısını nasıl etkilediğini araştırmak hem mevcut krizden bir an önce çıkmak için politikalar üretmek, hem de ileride ortaya çıkabilecek benzer nitelikli krizler için önlemler alabilmek açısından önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmada, pandemi sürecinde Türkiye’nin dış ticaret performansındaki değişiklikler istatistiki veriler yoluyla analiz edilerek mevcut durum tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre, birçok ülkede olduğu gibi, Türkiye’de de salgının başlangıcında dış ticarette ortaya çıkan daralmaların kısa sürede azaldığı dış ticarette toparlanmanın hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştiği ve toparlanmanın V şeklini aldığı dış ticaret hadleri dışındaki göstergelerde iyileşme eğilimi olduğu görülmektedir.
The Covi-19 pandemic, which emerged at the end of 2019, has led to disruptions in the macroeconomic balance of almost all countries. The study of how this epidemic affects the economic structure of countries on a global scale is important both in terms of making policies to get out of the current crisis immediately and taking measures for similar quality crises that may arise in the future. In the study, changes in the performance of foreign trade in Turkey during the pandemic process were tried to identify the current situation by analyzing through statistical data. According to the results of the evaluation, as in many countries, in Turkey, the reductions that occurred in foreign trade at the beginning of the epidemic were shortly reduced; the recovery in foreign trade occurred rapidly and recovery took the form V; the tendency to improve in indicators outside the foreign trade limits.
