Buğday, adaptasyon kabiliyeti nedeniyle çok geniş iklim ve coğrafi ekosistemlerde yetiştirilme avantajlarına sahiptir. İnsan beslenmesi için en önemli besin maddesidir, ayrıca tüm dünyada gıdalardan elde edilen kalorilerin yaklaşık %20'sini oluşturur. Süne (Eurygaster integriceps Put.) (Hemiptera; Scutelleridae) buğdayın en önemli zararlısından biridir. Yumurta parazitoidi, Trissolcus semistriatus Nees. (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae), sünenin en yaygın ve en iyi bilinen yumurta parazitoitidir. Bu çalışmada, Süne mücadelesinde halen kullanılmakta olan Cypermethrin, Alpha- Cypermethrin, Lambda- Cyhalothrin ve Deltamethrin ile bulaşık süne yumurtalarını parazitleyen T. semistriatus'un bazı biyolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla laboratuvar koşullarında yapılmıştır. Bunun için, püskürtme ve daldırma yöntemiyle bulaştırılan süne yumurtalarına T. semistriatus parazitoitleri verilmiş ve parazitlemesi sağlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, süne mücadelesinde kullanılan insektisitlerle bulaşık süne yumurtalarını parazitleyen T. semistriatus erginlerinin yaşam uzunluğunun, parazitleme gücünün ve canlı kalma oranlarına etkisinin ortalama %30' olduğu, IOBC’ye göre, N sınıf değerinde zararsız ya da az zararlı olarak sınıflandırılmıştır.

Abstract:

Grain has the advantages of cultivation in very broad climate and geographical ecosystems due to its adaptive ability. It is the most important nutrient for human nutrition, and also accounts for about 20% of the calories obtained from food throughout the world. The Eurygaster Integriceps (Eurygaster Integriceps) Heemiptera is one of the most important harmful of grain. Egg parasitoids, Trissolcus semistriatus Nees. (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) is the most common and best known egg parasit. In this study, Cypermethrin, Alpha-Cypermethrin, Lambda-Cyhalothrin and Deltamethrin, which are still used in the fight against the sun, were performed in laboratory conditions in order to determine some biological characteristics of T. semistriatus, which parasitizes the milk eggs. For this purpose, the T. semistriatus parasitites were given to the swine eggs infected by the spray and immersion method and the parasitization was provided. The study found that T. semistriatus adults who parasitize the washed oats with insecticides used in the fight against the seed were classified as harmless or less harmful in class N, according to the IOBC, with an average of 30% of their lifetime, parasitization strength and survival rates.

Due to its adaptability, wheat has the advantages of growing in very wide climate and geographical ecosystems. Wheat is the most important nutrient for human nutrition, it also makes up about 20% of the calories from food all over the world. Sunn pest (Eurygaster integriceps Put.) (Hemiptera; Scutelleridae) is one of the most important pest of wheat. The egg parasitoid, Trissolcus semistriatus Nees. (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) is the most common and best-known egg parasitoid of the Sunn pest, in Turkey. In this study, Cypermethrin, Alpha- Cypermethrin, Lambda-Cyhalothrin, and Deltamethrin, which are still used in the fight against Sunn pest, were performed under laboratory conditions in order to determine some biological properties of T. semistriatus, which parasitize Sunn pest eggs. For this aim, T. semistriatus parasitoids were given to the eggs that were contaminated by spraying and dipping method and their parasites were provided. As a result of this study, the effect of insecticides used in the control of the Sunn pest and contaminated Sunn pest eggs on the parasitic strength and survival rates of T. semistriatus adults was classified as harmless or less harmful with an average grade of 30%.
