Abstract "Urban public spaces should be shaped according to the need as they occupy an important place in urban development. The campuses serve as a small city due to the facilities and social environment they have and thus emerge as important public spaces. Campus areas affect our attitudes towards education and should be tailored to the needs and designed to cover all campus users. As a modern design approach, the inclusive design philosophy; To create quality spaces by increasing the livability and quality of university campuses as a public space, and to spread this philosophy to the whole society in their professional lives by ensuring that this design concept is placed on university students, who are the main campus users, who will provide the development of the society. It is to determine the problems faced by the users in the university campuses, research the approaches and examples that will allow all users to access the campus equipment, use this equipment as they wish, and develop solutions for the problems encountered. This study aims to create an evaluation model to create an inclusive campus environment. The creation of the checklist, which was prepared as a priority, as detailed in the field study. The field study continued with the implementation and results of the checklist in the selected Davutpaşa campus. The fieldwork carried out in the Davutpaşa campus was divided into four categories: psycho-social arrangements, administrative arrangements, outdoor and indoor physical arrangements.
