This study aims to reveal the suitability of the 2018 Social Studies Course Curriculum with the spiral programming approach at the acquisition level. The research data were collected through the Social Studies Course Curriculum Outcome Evaluation Chart and were subjected to content analysis using the Conformity Evaluation Table for the Helical Programming Model. Results showed that the 2018 Social Studies Curriculum has been well prepared in accordance with the spiral programming approach at the level of attainment in term of gradualism (from concrete to abstract, from near to far) and ever-expanding (different and same grade levels). It has also been determined that the spiral structure is more prominent in the learning areas of "Culture and Heritage", "People, Places and Environments", "Science, Technology and Society", "Global Connections" in the four, fifth and sixth grade in addition, Findings showed that there are not enough details on the programming approach in the 2018 Social Studies Course Curriculum.
