Central Nervous System (CNS) involvement is extremely rare in Hodgkins Lyphoma (HL). CNS involvement in NonHodgkin lymphoma (NHL) was reported 5-30% of cases while in HL it was reported only 0,02-0,5%. Despite neurological sypmtoms radiological studies not always detect CNS involvement in these patients. Cerebrospinal fluid examination will showed atypical Hodgkin lymphoma cells.
