Marfan syndrome is a disease transmitted from an autosomal dominant form, which affects the connective tissue. Affecting one to every 10,000 individuals. It is characterized mainly by changes musculoskeletal, ocular and cardiovascular. The most common problems are: pectus carinatum, pectus excavatum, scoliosis, kyphosis, hyperextensible, dolicostenomelia, arachnodactyly, high stature, subluxation of the lens, myopia, retinal displacement of, prolapse of mitral valve stenosis, aortic regurgitation, and dilatation of the aortic aneurysm desiccant. The exercise focused on mild to moderate intensity can be beneficial for this population including being one of the main components of the treatment, since the exercise of high intensity may undermine the walls of the aorta may even be fatal, because of increase and the very tension in the walls of blood vessels. In this article for revision are explained the main clinical manifestations and put the points primary prescription for a safe exercise for this population.
