Ücretlendirme ve ücretlerde oluşan kaçakların engellenmesi amacıyla başlatılan pul uygulamasıyla, posta hizmetlerinde ortaya çıkan karışıklıklar giderilmiş ve kronikleşen birçok probleme pratik çözümler üretilmiştir. Pulların, olgu olarak ortaya çıkması da birçok yeniliği beraberinde getirmiş ve filateli biliminin oluşumuna zemin hazırlamıştır. Klasik yaklaşıma göre pullar, ücretlendirme aracı olarak kabul edilirler. Kendi döneminde kısmen doğruluğu olan bu tanımlamanın günümüzde pek de geçerliliği kalmamıştır. Çağdaş yaklaşım, pulları klasik tanımlamadan sıyırarak, ücretlendirme aracı olmaktan öteye taşır ve pullara, farklı bir çok misyon yükler. Pul, ayna işlevi görür ve görseline düşen her detayı yansıtır. Bu nedenle, pullarda anlatılmak istenen anlatılandan daha fazladır. Pullar, bir ulusun değerlerini, ekonomisini, kültürünü, inançlarını, sanatını, siyasi tavrını ve bakış açısını direkt olarak yansıtma özelliği olan, tarihi belge konumundadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, standart kalıba bürünen pulları, klasik tanımlamadan kurtarmak ve beş duyuya hitap eden, sanatsal obje olarak yeniden tanımlamaya çalışmaktır. Araştırma kapsamında, pulun tanımı yapılmış ortaya çıkışı, gelişimi, sanatsal süreci, biçimsel değişimi ve ilginç yönü hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca, farklı üretim teknolojileriyle oluşturulan sıra dışı tasarımları, sanatsal şölene dönüştüren evrimsel sürece değinilerek, önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
With the pul application launched with the aim of preventing the fraud in payments and payments, the confusion in the postal services has been removed and many chronic problems have been developed with practical solutions. The appearance of the pules as a fact also brought many innovations and prepared the ground for the formation of the philanthropic science. According to the classic approach, the pounds are considered as a remuneration tool. This definition, which was partly true in its time, has not yet been valid today. The modern approach, by scratching the pills without the classical definition, takes beyond being a remuneration tool and charges the pills, a lot of different missions. The pul sees the mirror function and reflects every detail that falls into its vision. Therefore, it is more than what is said to be told in the pools. The pules are in a historic document, which has the ability to directly reflect the values, the economy, the culture, the beliefs, the art, the political attitude and the perspective of a nation. Nowadays, the pills that are beyond being a communication medium, offer visual materials for many fields and scientific-qualified studies. The purpose of this study is to rescue the standard-formed pills from the classical definition and to try to re-definish them as an artistic object that addresses the five senses. In the framework of the research, information was given about the appearance, development, artistic process, formal change and interesting aspects of the pulus defined. Furthermore, the unusual designs created by different production technologies have been suggested, referring to the evolutionary process that turns into art celebrations.
With the stamp application, which was initiated to prevent leakages in pricing and wages, the confusion in postal services was removed and practical solutions were produced for many chronic problems. The emergence of stamps as a phenomenon brought many innovations with it and laid the groundwork for the formation of philately science. According to classical understanding, stamps are considered as a means of pricing. This definition, which was partially correct in its own time, is not very valid today. Contemporary approach takes stamps away from the classical definition, beyond being a pricing tool, and gives stamps many different missions. The flake functions as a mirror and reflects every detail that falls on your image. For this reason, what is meant on the stamps is more than what is explained. Stamps are historical documents that directly reflect the values, economy, culture, beliefs, art, political attitude and perspective of a nation. Today, stamps, which go beyond being a communication tool, offer visual material to many fields and scientific studies. The aim of this study is to save the stamps that take a standard mold from the classical definition and to redefine them as an artistic object appealing to the five senses. The stamp was defined within the scope of the research; information was given about its emergence, development, artistic process, formal change and extraordinary direction. In addition, suggestions were made by referring to the evolutionary process that transforms interesting designs created with different production techniques into artistic feast.
