Blood Pressure: Blood Pressure (KB) Measurement is a basic skill for nursing.  The literature of K.B. In measurements based on knowledge and observation in nurses and students have been identified disadvantages. Basic skills of K.B.The validity and reliability of the test is tested for the preparation stages of this information test and the analysis results are intended to contribute to the field of nursing measurement assessment. Method: The research has been developed methodologically. 41 Nurses who agree to participate in the study. The class student makes a sample. The ethical board has been approved. 60 subjects question pool covering target behavior has been created. The draft materials have been reorganized according to the expert opinion. The 39th edition of the test has been completed. The material analysis calculates the material statistics of each substance. There are 20 questions that are suitable according to material statistics and scope validity. Results: 75% of the selected questions were with an average difficulty and the average difficulty of the test was 0.58 55% of the substances provide good and very good differentiability, while 15% were corrected and included in the test. The final test was determined as the Kuder-Richardson 20 and 21 values were calculated as 0.68 and 0.64 respectively and were secure for a short material test. The result: the work done is valid and secure and already selected by the K.B. which is considered valid and secure. Information test is presented. The validity and reliability of the tests developed in other fields in nursing training will provide a objective and fair measurement and facilitate the evaluation of nursing trainees. A new test in Assessing the Education of Blood Pressure Measurement Aim: Blood Pressure Measurement is a basic skill for nursing. In the literature, inadequacies were found in nurses and students in measurements based on blood pressure information and observation. It is aimed to contribute to the field of nursing assessment of the steps of preparation and analysis results of this information test which has been tested for validity and reliability in order to test the basic skill of blood pressure. Methods: The research was developed methodologically. The sample constitutes 41 nurses of the 3rd grade students who accepted to participate in the research. The Ethics Committee has been granted. A 60-item question pool covering target behaviors was created. The drafts have been rearranged according to expertopinion. Preliminary application of reduced test to 39 substances was done. In item analysis, item statistics of each item are calculated. 20 questions were selected which are appropriate according to item statistics and content validity. Results: Selected questions of the 75% were moderately difficult and the average difficulty of the test was 0.58. While 55% of the items provide well and very well discrimination, 15% were corrected and included in the test. Kuder -Richardson 20 and 21 values of the final test were 0.68 and 0.64 respectively. The obtained values were implemented and considered to be consistent for shorttests. Conclusion: This study provides multiple-choice blood pressure information test which is valid and safe. The validity and reliability of the tests developed in other areas of nursing education will provide an objective and fair measurement and facilitate the evaluation of nursing educators.
