Hepatitis is now a days a burning issue throughout the world an expected 2%–3% population stands alive by the virus hepatitis C (HCV), annually, approximately 350000 people expire by HCV- through associated circumstances, with cirrhosis and cancer of liver. The burden of hepatitis C fluctuates all over the world. The prime objective of current study is evaluation of the disparities in the prevalence of Hepatitis in Larkana district province of Sindh. Mixed method approach was adopted. Stratified random sampling was implemented. The sample size was 800, respondents were selected from Larkana district. Data was collected through interview and questionnaire. Data was analyzed trough Arc GIS. The findings indicated that spatio-temporal ratio is higher in men in the comparison of female. Mostly patients of having age factor between 21-30 years affected utmost. Results also revealed that lay men are unaware about the contingency of disease. Findings also reflected that mobility in case of the diffusion of viral disease is because in study area number of people migrate from villages towards city due to many reason but especially due to economic reason. The study highly recommended that vaccine should be provided to common men at doorsteps especially to disadvantaged people of remote areas.
