DEAŞ Terör Örgütü, başta Orta Doğu olmak üzere farklı coğrafyalarda ve Türkiye’de terör faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Türkiye’nin huzuru ve güvenliği açısından bu örgüt mutlak suretle bilimsel açıdan incelenmeli ve çözümlemesi yapılmalıdır. Bu yazıda, haiz olduğu öneme binaen bahsi geçen konu ile ilgili yeni yayınlanan bir eserin inceleme ve eleştirisinin Türkiye açısından yararlı olacağı düşüncesi ile Gaziantep Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Güvenlik Stratejileri ve Yönetimi Anabilim Dalı’nda Öğretim Üyesi olan “Dr.Mehmet Biçici”nin editörlüğünde hazırlanan ve Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü bünyesinde Başkomiser rütbesi ile görev yapmakta olan “Mehmet Teltik” tarafından kaleme alınan “DEAŞ’IN KODLARI” isimli eser tetkik edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
The ISIS terrorist organization continues terrorist activities primarily in different regions, including the Middle East and in Turkey. In terms of peace and security in Turkey, this organization must be examined and analyzed scientifically in absolute form. In this article, the importance of building the mentioned topic is that the review and criticism of a newly published work will be useful for Turkey with the idea that the "DEAŞ'S KODS" was inspected by the "Mehmet Teltik" which was prepared by the editor of "Dr.Mehmet Biçici" which is a member of the Department of Security Strategy and Management of the Gaziantep University Institute of Social Sciences and the "DEAŞ'S KODS" which is a member of the Department of Security.
