Abstract:

The concept of managerial management, which is a result of the work in a different field than the field in which people in the work are educated, is a situation that is often encountered in the management positions in health institutions. In the context of this concept of importance from the point of view of health institutions, the current study aims to evaluate the processes of managing management, identity preferences, problems they encounter, the perception of the need for health management and wage satisfaction without making a professional identity distinction. The study was conducted with a half-structured survey of ten health managers. The analysis of the data obtained from the talks used the NVivo 12 program to implement thematic analysis. The study found that informal relationships and compulsory factors are effective, except for the criteria necessary, when the health managers arrive in their positions; that the health managers have a lack of information on the functioning of health legislation, financial issues and official processes in health institutions. In the framework of the study, health institutions have been given recommendations for the management system.
