Classical liberalism recognizes the state as an obligatory institution for the continuity of just and peaceful social order and individual freedoms despite all the problems it creates. In this framework, it does not mind that the state is a monopoly which performs some services such as security and justice. According to supporter of limited state called libertarianism (minarchism) that places in the tradition of liberal thought, these services should be left in the field of state by nature. The market anarchism regards the state, which defined as a non-moral institution, as the greatest obstacle for individual freedoms. Security, judiciary and justice services cannot be commended to the monopoly of state captured by force. There is a problematic union between these services and the state rather than obligatory cooperation. In the study, the ideas of the market anarchism and supporter of the limited state libertarianism that commended two areas to the monopoly of state will be examined from a comparative point of view. The idea of market society of market anarchism will be opened for debate.
