Bu çalışma buğdayda göçerten hastalığına sebep olan Gaeumannomyces graminis [Sacc.] Arx & Oliver var. tritici [J. Walker])’ye karşı bazı buğday çeşitlerinin reaksiyonlarını belirlemek amacıyla 2018 ve 2019 yıllarında Konya ve Tekirdağ illerinde doğal enfeksiyon ile tarla koşullarda yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada 16 ekmeklik ve 4 makarnalık buğday çeşidinden oluşan 20 buğday çeşidinin hastalığa karşı reaksiyonları test edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Şanlı, Gerek-79, Kınacı-97, Bezostaja 1, Mirzabey 2000, Dağdaş-94, Karahan-99 çeşitleri hastalığa orta dayanıklı (MR) reaksiyon gösterirken, Demir 2000, Altay 2000, Sönmez 2001, Kızıltan-91, Eminbey, Kenan Bey, Kunduru 1149 ve Pehlivan çeşitleri ise orta hassas (MS) reaksiyon göstermişlerdir. İkizce 96 çeşidi ise hastalığa en hassas çeşit bulunmuştur. Hastalığa dayanıklı çeşit bulunamamıştır. Hastalığın yoğun görüldüğü alanlarda orta dayanıklı olarak belirlenen çeşitler tercih edilebilir.

This study caused the disease from migrants in grain Gaeumannomyces graminis [Sacc.] There is Arch and Oliver. In order to identify the reactions of some grain species against tritici [J. Walker] in 2018 and 2019 in the provinces of Konya and Tekirdağ was carried out in land conditions with natural infection. The study tested the reactions to the disease of 20 bread varieties, consisting of 16 bread and 4 corn bread varieties. As a result of the study, Shanlı, Gerek-79, Kınacı-97, Bezostaja 1, Mirzabey 2000, Dağdaş-94, Karahan-99 varieties showed a moderate resistant (MR) reaction to the disease, while Iron 2000, Altay 2000, Sönmez 2001, Kızıltan-91, Eminbey, Kenan Bey, Kunduru 1149 and Pehlivan varieties showed a moderate sensitive (MS) reaction. 96 species were found to be the most sensitive to the disease. There is no resistant disease. In areas where the disease is intense, varieties that are defined as medium-resistant can be preferred.

This study was carried out to determine the reactions of some wheat varieties against Gaeumannomyces graminis [Sacc.] Arx & Oliver var. tritici [J. Walker], which is a causal agent of 'take all' disease on wheat, under field conditions with natural infection in Konya and Tekirdağ provinces in 2018 and 2019. In the study, the reactions of 20 wheat varieties consisting of 16 bread and 4 durum wheat varieties against the disease were tested. As a result of the study, while the varieties of Şanlı, Gerek-79, Kınacı-97, Bezostaja 1, Mirzabey 2000, Dağdaş-94, and Karahan-99 showed moderately resistance to the disease (MR), Demir 2000, Altay 2000, Sönmez 2001, Kızıltan-91, Eminbey, Kenan Bey, Kunduru 1149, and Pehlivan cultivars showed moderately susceptible (MS) reactions. İkizce 96 cultivar was found the most susceptible to the disease. No cultivar resistant to take all disease has been found. In the areas where the disease is prevalent, cultivars determined as moderately resistant can be preferred.
